Where is this Rudge?

Hi, I am a classic bike owner my self and I have just found a photo of my fathers old machine as above, according to the DVLA records it still exists. My father had many m/cycles but the Rudge was his favourite by a long way, he always spoke about it, he and my mother travelled to Cornwall from east London on it for the honeymoon.
